Your natural gas retailer is the company which supplies and bills you for your gas. Retailers in NSW are authorised by The Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability. A list of authorised retailers can be located at http://www.deus.nsw.gov.au/Energy/Gas/Gas%20Suppliers.asp
Your Natural Gas retailer will lodge the connection request on your behalf and we will respond with an offer of connection. Once this offer is accepted by your retailer, we will install the inlet pipe and meter which connects your home to our network.
